MONEY ENGINETerms of Service
These terms govern your use of Money Engine ("the Service"), operated by mstein.ai (Mark Gold), Kraków, Poland. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Money Engine helps you find work, tailor applications, and prepare with an AI coach ("Aria"). AI output is generated automatically and may be imperfect — it is a tool to assist you, not professional career, legal, or financial advice. You're responsible for reviewing anything before you send or rely on it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18.
3. Plans, billing & cancellation
- Free plan is available at no cost. Pro is a paid monthly subscription (currently US$29/month) billed through Stripe.
- Optional Aria minute top-ups are one-time purchases of additional live-video coaching minutes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; by starting to use paid features immediately you acknowledge this may end that right once the service has been fully provided.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes won't affect the period you've already paid for.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, spam, harass, send deceptive messages, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. If you connect Gmail, you're responsible for the messages you send.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your CV and content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Availability & disclaimers
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee you'll find work or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Termination
You can stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the competent Polish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
